At Yelone, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as per your original order, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return process. Please review the following conditions and guidelines to initiate your return.

Conditions for Return

  1. Time Limit: Returns must be requested within the timeframe mentioned on the product’s page.
  2. Unused Products: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
  3. Original Packaging: Ensure the product is returned with its original packaging, including price tags, labels, and the invoice.
  4. Secure Packaging: Pack the product securely to avoid any damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, simply:

  • Email us at return@yelone.in with your product images and order ID.
  • Or WhatsApp us at +91 89795 10010 with the necessary details.

Once your return request is reviewed and the conditions are met, we will initiate the return process within 24 hours.

Refund Process

  1. Product Pickup: The product will be collected by our assigned shipping partner from your location.

  2. Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on the payment method:

    • Orders paid via credit/debit card will be refunded back to the card within 7 working days.
    • Payments made through net banking or cash will be refunded to your bank account. You will need to provide your bank details during the refund request.
    • Refunds typically take 1 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, payment gateway, and processing times.
  3. Cheque Option: If the bank fails to process the refund, we will issue a cheque in the name used during the order placement.
